"First time at Sport Clips and Claudia nailed the style I was going for. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of my son sleeping in a stroller. The MVP experience was rather neat, and definitely a way to garner a new repeat customer."

"Never coming back here! I went in to have my son get a hair cut. They had me sign in and I sat down to wait. The man that was waiting in front of me told me that he wasn't able to check his kids in so there was going to be 2 morein front of me. Ok, so that's fine with me. So I asked the girl if I could walk around cause it said 45 mins without including the two other kids. Once they figured things out it said 27 mins. She said yes, as long as we are back before the time on the board. So we waited a while then my daughter asked to go to the bathroom so I took her in the mall to the bathroom and came right back within 15 min and they took the next person and told me I would have to wait another 20 mins. Never going back here again. If you tell me that I can go and as long as I'm back with in that time then you should honor that. What's the point of having a time monitor if you guys don't even come close to the time it takes on the screen and then tell me one thing and do another and make me wait longer when you knew I was in a hurry."

"Stylist was nice. Experience was as advertised though I wear strong glasses so without them the TVs add nothing for me.
Always ask for the same haircut at Sport Clips but I've not received the same cut twice at a Sport Clips."

"I'm giving it one star so I can leave a comment to warn you guys not to come to this place. I don't get this, who would hire someone to cut the public's hair without first letting them cut theirs so they can be sure this person isn't gonna break their business? You should be able to go into a barbershop anywhere and trust that you can get a decent haircut while you're waiting for your original barber wherever he may be at the time. These girls have cosmetology licenses. That means they went to school for hair, nails, etc. NOT barber school so why are you working at a BARBER shop without know how to cut hair. I literally left the chair without a lineup or a finished haircut because I was scared after how badly my hair was butchered. I asked for a low bald taper. Even pointed exactly where to cut it and what not to cut. I ended up with a low not bald fade with both sides being different from each other. The building was empty when I walked in and there were 8 stations with only three girls there. I asked why there wasn't any clients and she said oh because we were really busy earlier. Yea how about cause you guys can't cut freaking hair. I even told her mid hair cut I asked you not to go that high and she said I'm not actually cutting you're hair I'm just going over it so I can blend it better. UM REALLY CAUSE MY HAIR IS FALLING FROM THE BACK OF YOUR CLIPPERS. I do tv interviews monthly and unfortunately I'll skip this one OR maybe I'll go and when they ask who my barber is I'll say Crystal at Sports Cuts in Palmdale so they'll never go there and when the shows air the world will know not too!!! Here I go, out into the world looking like a hacked up mess for the next two weeks."
